– 3 Muscle Snatch
– 3 Power Snatch
– 1 Overhead Squat with 2 sec pause in bottom
Start with barbell and slowly increase weight each set

B:
1 Complex is 3 rounds.
Halting Snatch Deadlift
– 1sek stop 2cm above floor
– 1sek stop below knees
– 1sek stop above knees.
– 1sek stop in power position
– 1 Snatch Deadlift
Complete 5 Complexes with increasing weight every complex.
