Monday Squat/OLY 
Min 0-10: 2 Clean & jerks 50-65%RM
2 min rest
Min 12-22: 1-2 Clean & jerks 65-75%RM
2 min rest
Min 24-34: 1 Clean & jerks 75-80%RM
When done take 6 minutes and do 1-3 lifts at a weight of your desire
The cleans can be squat or power
The jerks should be the same throughout all your reps, preferably split jerks if you have been lifting a while, otherwise push press or push jerks.
