squat and then;
5 x 5 push press, increase weight after
each set
Rest 1 min between sets And then;
5 x 5 thrusters at 70% of your 3 RM front
squat
Rest 2 min between sets

And the end; 5 minutes easy pace on each:
Rower

Min 1: 5 c2b 5 burpees
Min 2: 5 C&J @60/45
Min 3: 5 hspu & 5 WB @10/6
Min 4: 5 snatch @ 60/45
