Scaling this WOD:

Select a run distance that can be completed in approximately 6 min. If you can’t perform L pull-ups, modify the movement but include a hanging L-sit variation during each round of the workout (see video). Each round of DL should be completed in 3 sets or less. Reduce the reps or loading if necessary.
