Men 32kg. dumbbell (KB)and 10 kg ball
Women 22kg. dumbbell (KB)and 6kg ball

Scaling this WOD:
This workout demands we keep moving by smartly managing a large number of reps per set. Aim to complete this workout within 20-mins.

35 wall-ball shots
10 lay-to-stand rope climbs
35 wall-ball shots
100 single-unders
100-ft. dumbbell overhead walking lunge

Men 16 kg dumbbell and 14-lb ball
Women 8 kg dumbbell and 6kg ball

Reps and load have been reduced to allow you to complete the walking lunges and wall-ball in 3-4 sets or less. Reduce more if needed. If the single-unders cannot be completed in 3-4 sets, consider counting all attempts until you reach 100.
