Run 800 m with med-ball 10/6 kg

Then 20 rounds of:
7 Bar facing burpees
3 Thrusters 45/30kg

Then:
Run 1200 m with med ball 10/6

Then ”Tabata”:
Toes 2 Ring
Sit up
