Dynamic warm up

Strength:

1) Power clean: 65%x 5 reps, 80%x 5 reps, +90%x 5+ reps (Perform touch and go reps and last set is for max reps.)

2) 5 rounds – Complete as many reps as possible of:

-30 seconds max rep power clean (85% today’s heaviest pwc)

-30 seconds rest

*Decrease the weight each rounds, as follows: 10% each round….

Work Capacity: For as long as possible, every 3 minutes, complete 1 round of the following:

-2x cluster (45/34kg)

-2x box jumps (65/50cm)

-4x cluster (45/34kg)

-4x box jumps (65/50cm)

-6x cluster (45/34kg)

-6x box jumps (65/50cm)

and so on…..
