Minute 2 – 8 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (60/50cm)
Minute 3 – 5 Push Press + 10 Front-Racked Alternating Reverse Lunges (Rare 61/43 kg, Medium 45/30, Well done 35/25kg)

Three sets of:
Dead lift x 8 reps @ 01X1 70%-RM
Rest as needed
