7 Toes to bar
9 Box jumps, RX 76 cm box, performance 60/40 cm.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
32 KB Deadlift, 5 reps, performance 24/16 kg
61 kg Push-press, 8 reps, performance 45/30 kg
