1. Find your daily max in the complex.
2 Drop down to 70% and do one set of 2+1+1+1, 2+2+1+1, 2+2+2+1, 2+2+2+2, 3+2+2+2, 3+3+2+2….get as far as possible in twenty minutes. Every set has to be done unbroken.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
10 box jumps, 90 cm box
