2: 30 sec alternating V-ups
3: *5m Handstand walk (put some obstacles on the course if needed)
4: 30 sec sit ups
*Could be handstand hold against wall or walking into wall

6/5 strict pull ups
12/10 push ups

L1: Push ups with hands on plates
L3: 3/2 strict pull ups, 7/5 push ups
L4: Ring row, box push ups
