80 Power snatch + 60 Clean and jerks for time
Before snatching do
5 Front squats
25 Double unders
Then as many snatches you can before the minute is up
When all the 80 snatches are done, continue with 60 clean and jerks

L1: 50/35kg
L2: 43/30kg
L3: 30/20kg, 10 double unders
L4: 20/15kg, 5 double unders
