Strict press 5 sets with 4 reps at 75%

Finish every set with 1 push press, 4+1 reps

EMOM 15 min

1 Power clean
+1 Squat clean
+1 Front squat
+1 Push press
+1 Clean & jerk

Do this complex every minute, same weight during the 15 min. Take a minute rest if you need and go again the next round.

L1: 70/47,5kg
L2: 50/35kg
L3: 43/30kg
L4: 30/20kg, go as low as you can in squat clean
