2 Snatch 50-75%RM
Start at 50%RM and increase 75%RM how you like during the 6min
Then directly into
EMOM 6min
1 Snatch 75-90%RM
Then take another 6 min and max out snatch in how many reps you like
Find 1 max rep snatch
If you fail, try that weight again the next round, fail again the lower the weight.
Beginners do power snatch with 3 different weight, in the last 6 min continue with emom.
